Tamil Volleyball player profile terms
These terms explain how player profiles and tournament participation details are used on Tamil Volleyball.
1. Profile visibility
By confirming your player profile, you agree that your name, profile details, tournament participation, team memberships, and related public profile information may be displayed on Tamil Volleyball.
2. Tournament participation
If a team registers you for a tournament, Tamil Volleyball may show the category you are registered in, the team you represent, and the tournament you are participating in.
3. Account linkage
When you confirm your player profile, Tamil Volleyball may link your email address to a user account so you can manage your profile, receive updates, and confirm future participation.
4. Data responsibility
Tamil Volleyball and tournament organizers may process the information required to operate tournaments, registrations, player listings, and related communication. This includes contact details and profile information you provide or that a team contact provides for registration purposes.
5. Corrections and removal
You can request correction or removal of inaccurate personal information by contacting the platform administrators or the tournament organizer responsible for the registration.
6. Consent
By accepting these terms, you consent to your profile being part of Tamil Volleyball and to the related processing needed to run player directories, teams, and tournaments on the platform.
