We collect the account, profile, and registration details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, club, and team information — together with the data needed to operate tournaments, training, and player listings.

We use your information to run registrations and payments, display public listings you have consented to, send service communication, and keep the platform secure and reliable.

3. Public profile consent

Player profiles and member directories are only shown publicly when you have opted in. Without your consent, your profile and contact details stay private to you, your club managers, and tournament organisers.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider. We store the registration and payment status needed to confirm your entry, but card details are handled by the payment provider, not by Tamil Volleyball.

5. Sharing

We share information with tournament organisers and club managers only as needed to operate the events you take part in. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request removal of your personal information by contacting the platform administrators or the tournament organiser responsible for your registration.
